Regarding any problems not mentioned below, please email to support@HeadSpaSupply.com.com including an explanation and photographs stating the reason for your request.
Cancellation Policy
In-stock products: Can be canceled before they are shipped. Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
Custom order products: Cannot be canceled if production has started. Contact customer support at headspasupply@gmail.com for status.
Return Policy
We encourage you to go on a thorough check-up when you receive the package and make sure whether the items are the ones you have specified. Return items will only be accepted in original condition, unused, undamaged and in original package. Buyers pay for return shipping.
If the item arrived broken, please contact us within 7 days from the delivery date. Customer support will request description of damage and accompanying photographs. If approved, we will sent a return label for the items to be returned for us for an exchange.
Warranty
Beds: 1 year warranty on structure and leather. 90 days warranty on electrical components.
Consumables: 90 day warranty
We reserve the right not to process the refund if your request not be approved or items returned in unacceptable condition.
